Toy not safe (choking hazard) and no customer service response

Will not buy from this company again due to safety concerns of product purchase, and no response from customer service on 2 occasions.

UFO sensory toy was delivered in basic grey bag direct from China with small label in Chinese and no Earthy Babies branding.

I emailed customer service to enquire about safety regs of this UFO toy as this packaging didn’t fill me with confidence, but I received no response.

Further research online suggests this toy has been recalled in the UK due to safety and choking hazard.

I don’t believe this is a reputable online shop for baby toys.
